Giving Back

Giving back to our community is a priority at DYS. We support an annual Christmas toy drive and host the Players Giving Back Tournament, where participating teams contribute food donations in place of a traditional entry fee.

Player Development

Our volunteer coaches bring experience from club, recreation, and high school volleyball. Their focus is helping athletes improve their skills, understand the game, build confidence, and continue progressing.

Being a Good Teammate

We expect athletes to work hard, remain coachable, encourage their teammates, respond positively to challenges, and understand that their actions affect everyone around them.
